The Asus ZenFone Max is ready to be added in your shopping cart. At the price tag of Rs. 9,999 it is available at most of the leading online stores. It is also available at leading offline stores in India.


Battery

It can be used 38 days in standby mode and approximately 37 hours of talk time, as it is powered by 5000 mAh battery. The smart phone can also be used to charge other devices via USB cable. The battery can not be removed from main body.

Asus introduced android smart phone with Lollipop 5.0.

There is additional inbuilt battery saver mode that, if enabled, can further improve battery life. It automatically adjusts the brightness and CPU usage and performance to enhance battery life.

Specification

The device will run on ASUS ZenUI masked on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is featured by 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor bundled with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The smart phone offers 16Gb of on-board storage that could be expandable up to 64GB.

The smart phone is available at rupees 9,999 in India.

The Asus Zenfone Max sports a 5.5-inch High Definition IPS display. It consists of a 13MP Pixel Master Camera with Laser Auto Focus and Dual LED Real Tone Flash coupled with a 5MP Pixel front facing Camera.

With a 13 megapixel camera Asus started selling it's new handset Zenfone Selfie. The 3GB RAM version is now exclusively available on Flipkart at Rs.17,999. The 2GB RAM version was previously launched at Rs.15,999.

It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (1.7GHz quad-core and 1GHz quad-core) processor with Adreno 405 GPU. The 3GB RAM version comes with 32 GB storage space. Currently 32GB is the only variant available for this gadget.

It runs on Android lollipop 5.0. It comes with a 5 inch HD display with protection from the Gorilla Glass 4. The display is full HD IPS display.

It comes with a 3000mAh battery within a body of 156.5x77.2x10.8mm which weighs 170 grams. It sports a 13MP camera module both side of smartphone along with the Dual-tone LED flash as a frontal snapper.

Pros

Cons

Handset dimensions are somewhat large.
Micromax revealed two new names in its canvas juice series today. It launched two Android smartphones viz. Canvas Juice 3 and Canvas Juice 3+.






Both the smartphone gadgets have similar specifications. The Juice 3 comes with 5 inch display. Where as the later, Juice 3+, has 5.5 inch display. Both the devices runs on Android lollipop OS. Both are protected from scratches by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Talking about Canvas Juice 3+, which comes with 5 MP front camera has dominated over juice 3 with 2 MP front facing camera.

Both the smartphones have good connectivity features. But sad news is that they both don't support 4G.

While commenting on the launch Micromax told that with the introduction of two new smartphones in their Canvas Juice series, they aim to create a perfect value proposition enabling their highly mobile consumers to make the most of these heavy duty marathon batteries for work and entertainment requirements.

Oppo has officially announced the launch of Mirror 5 smartphone in India. It will be available from this week at Rs. 15,990. The smartphone will be available in Blue and white body. Here is the quick review of it's price, features and specs.

The smartphone is powered by ColorOS 2.1. The ColorOS is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Mirror 5 features a 5" qHD IPS display. With 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, the Oppo phone comes with fast 2GB RAM. The storage space can be increased up to 128GB with a SD card but currently you are getting 16GB as internal memory.

It supports dual SIM (one Micro-SIM card and other Nano-SIM). It sports an 8 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture plus LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. It supports panorama, double exposure, smile shot and HDR options.
It comes with a 2420mAh non-removable battery.

Wrapping up

Considering the price range the specifications are somewhat disappointing. Oppo seems to have lost its concentration from specifications while designing this beautiful phone. Last week Asus launched its zenfone deluxe with similar diamond cut back panel. Maybe Oppo inspired by it.

With limited availability HTC M9+ is hitting the market. It comes with bigger and sharper display. As it is the M9's variant it looks similar in looks at the first glance, but here are some difference between them.

It comes with 5.2-inch Qaud HD ((2560x1440) display, slightly bigger than its predecessor One M9. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) processor. The processor is a 64-bit chip with eight Cortex A53 cores running at up to 2.2GHz and integrated 4G LTE connectivity. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory storage.

Sony India has proclaimed the launch of the Xperia M2 twin smartphone in India, that is a mid-range smartphone and shall be on the market from twenty fifth April at MRP of Rs. 21,990.The phone is on the market in 3 colours; White, Black and Purple. This is often the twin version of Xperia M2 that was launched at MWC 2014 with single Sim support. Remainder of the options of each the devices are same.


HTC has finally launched its latest One M8 flagship within the Indian market at a value of Rs 50,000. It’ll be offered from May 7 forward.
