Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus With Android 6.0 Marshmallow Launched at Rs. 3,999

Priced at Rs. 3,999, Micromax unveiled its new Canvas Spark 2 smartphone in India. It will be made available exclusively on Snapdeal.

Micromax already promised about the launch of this smartphone at the event arranged to launch Canvas 6 and Canvas 6 Pro.

The Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus is designed for those who will use smartphone first time in their life. The best thing about this phone is that it comes with latest Android 6.0 Marshmellow. Micromax is first time giving its users the flavor of Marshmellow through their devices.

The colors to choose are Metallic Grey, Copper Gold, and Champagne Gold. The design is best at this price range.

Coming to the specifications, the smartphone has a 5-inch FWVGA display. It is about 480 x 854 pixels touchscreen. It is fueled by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of inbuilt storage. it has 5 MP camera at the rear side and 2 MP selfie camera at the front. It is powered by a 2000 mAh battery.

The smartphone manufacturing company Intex launched its next gem in 'Cloud' series- Intex Cloud Gem+. What it brings new? What will be the price? let's review.

4- inch display, dual SIM smart phone gadget.

The Gem+ flaunts four inch WVGA screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The top surface is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass. There are 240 pixels per inch on its display.

Slot for each regular SIM and Micro SIM is included in this dual SIM smart phone. It supports Android 5.1 Lollipop. There will be 1GB storage space available out of 4GB internal storage to save your media files. This space can be increased up to 32Gb. The phone is fueled by the quad-core MediaTek MT6580M chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is coupled with 512MB DDR2 RAM.

The LED flash is provided with 2 MP rear camera. The front facing camera has same same megapixels as the rear one. It is powered by 1400mAh battery. The device lasts for up to 200 hours on standby.

The device is exclusively available on SnapDeal (Dil ki deal). The phone is priced at Rs. 3,299.

With a 13 megapixel camera Asus started selling it's new handset Zenfone Selfie. The 3GB RAM version is now exclusively available on Flipkart at Rs.17,999. The 2GB RAM version was previously launched at Rs.15,999.

It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (1.7GHz quad-core and 1GHz quad-core) processor with Adreno 405 GPU. The 3GB RAM version comes with 32 GB storage space. Currently 32GB is the only variant available for this gadget.

It runs on Android lollipop 5.0. It comes with a 5 inch HD display with protection from the Gorilla Glass 4. The display is full HD IPS display.

Oppo Mirror 5 unveiled with diamond like patterning surface

Oppo has officially announced the launch of Mirror 5 smartphone in India. It will be available from this week at Rs. 15,990. The smartphone will be available in Blue and white body. Here is the quick review of it's price, features and specs.

The smartphone is powered by ColorOS 2.1. The ColorOS is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Mirror 5 features a 5" qHD IPS display. With 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, the Oppo phone comes with fast 2GB RAM. The storage space can be increased up to 128GB with a SD card but currently you are getting 16GB as internal memory.

It supports dual SIM (one Micro-SIM card and other Nano-SIM). It sports an 8 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture plus LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. It supports panorama, double exposure, smile shot and HDR options.

It comes with a 2420mAh non-removable battery.

Wrapping up

Considering the price range the specifications are somewhat disappointing. Oppo seems to have lost its concentration from specifications while designing this beautiful phone. Last week Asus launched its zenfone deluxe with similar diamond cut back panel. Maybe Oppo inspired by it.
