Sony unveils mid-range water-resistant phone Xperia M2 Aqua

Sony Xperia M2 Aqua, a variant of the mid-range Xperia M2, launched by Sony on Tuesday 19th August.

The handset is going to be offered in chosen markets including Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. The phone, priced at Dhs1,299, is predicted to be released within the UAE by mid-September and can be out there in 3 colours: black, white and copper.

Aside from its waterproof and dust-proof technology, the Smartphone’s different technical options haven’t modified much from the initial Xperia M2. This means the Xperia M2 aqua is totally dust tight and can survive submersion beyond 1.5m depth upto 30 minutes.

It still options a similar 8MP camera with a 4.8 in. screen with dimension 140 x 72 x 8.6mm and runs a similar Qualcomm snapdragon 400 processor with quad-core 1.2 GHz CPUs. The Xperia M2 aqua will launch straight with android 4.4 KitKat. It weighs 149g only.

It all about Xperia M2 aqua.... You are getting nothing extra than a regular Xperia M2, except IP 65/68 protection. Share this page if you liked it.
